Credit Card Security:
All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal and checked prior to the correct orders being sent out. Please make sure your details are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given.

Delivery:
You can help us deliver your order correctly and punctually by giving us your Full Name, including Surname, Address and Postcode on your order form.

We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery, delays in delivery or extra expense incurred/caused by customers giving incomplete or inaccurate delivery instructions.

First Class Delivery:
All orders will be sent by first class post. You should recieve the Sling within 2 - 3 days. The post office will usually hold un-delivered parcels for several days, if the parcel is returned to us an e-mail will be sent to the person placing the order advising them that the parcel has been returned.

* Please note that a new charge to cover additional postage will be required before items are re-sent.

This service is untrackable and we can not be held responsible for lost goods. If you wish to insure your sling or have it sent recorded delivery - then please select this option when ordering.

Damaged Goods:
Damaged orders must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Order Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order any time up to seven days from when your order is received.  You must give notice of cancellation by written means.   Please see our Contact us page for details.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been personalised and shipped.

Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your sling Joey Slings are happy to offer a full refund on the sling itself, as long as it has been returned within seven days of receipt in an unwashed and unused condition, but we will not be responsible for the postage costs. Any other exchanges will be subject to our descretion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF JOEYSLINGS ITEMS ON THE INTERNET

Any order is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Prices are determined by reference to Joeyslings price list current at the date of acceptance of the order by Joey Slings.
Prices of items on this site include VAT.
Every effort is made to display prices accurately. However, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance Joey Slings will correct the mistake and inform the Customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and Joey Slings shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by Joey Slings in writing.
If Joey Slings fails to deliver the order for any reasons other than any cause beyond Joey Slings reasonable control or the Customer's fault and Joey Slings is liable to the Customer, Joey Slings' liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
The Customer shall upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly, but in any event within 5 days of delivery notify Joey Slings of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In default of such written notification, Joey Slings shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods. All illustrations, designs and general descriptions contained on the Joey Slings website or otherwise provided to the customer are intended for general guidance only and shall not be binding on Joey Slings and are only approximate indications of the type, size or colour of goods and are intended to represent a general idea of the goods described therein and the sales of such goods shall not be reference thereto. The customer shall take the goods at his own risk as to their corresponding with such examples or as to their quality, condition or sufficiency for any purpose.
In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods, if defective and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or, if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods within the time when Joey Slings has tendered delivery of the goods.
Joey Slings shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of Joeyslings obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Joey Slings reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Joey Slings reasonable control.
*act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident
*war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition
*acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority
*import or export regulations or embargoes
*strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Joeyslings or of a third party)
*difficulties in obtaining raw materials labour, fuel, parts or machinery
*power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Any dispute, claims or proceedings of whatever nature between Joeyslings and the Customer in connection with or arising out of the validity construction or performance of this agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of The High Court of England and Wales, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by English Law.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
